Confirmation of registration for individual participants
A confirmation of registration will be sent to each registrant.
Participants should bring the letter of confirmation and an I.D card
to the registration desk at Hotel Hilton Helsinki Kalastajatorppa
when collecting their conference documents.
Registration is personal
Please note that registration is personal and it will not be
possible to send a colleague in your place.
Cancellations and refunds
The event organiser CongCreator CC must be notified in writing of
possible cancellations by e-mail:

or by fax +358 9 4542 1930. Refunds will be handled after the
conference. No refunds will be made for any services not used.
Information
The Helsinki Event is free of charge and includes refreshments as
well as detailed documentation. Travel and accommodation have to be
covered by the participants. Four working sessions will be held
during the seminar. In order to plan the size of the work groups,
please sign-up for those on the registration.

Accommodation
We have reserved accommodation at the meeting site hotel
Hilton Helsinki Kalastajatorppa and at Hotel Aurora.
The event organiser CongCreator CC will make reservation of rooms
on the following conditions:
Hotel Hilton Helsinki Kalastajatorppa
Price per night incl. breakfast and VAT (8%): 139,00 EUR (single
room) 180,00 EUR (double room)
Hotel Aurora
Price per night incl. breakfast, sauna, gym and VAT (8%): 79,00
EUR (single room)
Accommodation will be reserved along with the registration and
it is possible to make a reservation for this price for the nights
of 8, 9 and 10 February.
Should you need additional accommodation for further nights at
the meeting hotel, please contact
interact@congcreator.com.
Hotel rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
Accommodation must be reserved by 19 January (Kalastajatorppa) or by
13 January (Aurora). After these dates we cannot guarantee
accommodation.
No reservation will be accepted without credit card details that
must be given on the registration.
Credit cards will only be used as a guarantee for reservation.
Accommodation must be paid at check-out or the hotel will charge the
credit card. Rooms will be reserved on your name.
Travel
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
Data Protection
All data entered into this form will be processed by and stored
within the INTERACT Database for the time necessary to fulfil
thepurpose of collection or further processing, or until you delete
your record. Data will only be used for mailing of information on
topics related to the INTERACT Programme’s activities. Data will be
shared within the INTERACT network and may be disclosed to other
INTERREG Programmes. You can verify, rectify or delete your personal
data at any time by contacting the addressee of this form. The
addressee will also deal with any queries of complaints you may have.
